Blue Marlin was established as a dive shop on Malakal Bay in 1987. Its founder, Dr. Minoru Ueki, is a former Palau minister. Since our inception, we have collaborated with the Belau Tourism Association (Palau’s tourism association) and have strived to show Palau’s majestic underwater world to everyone. We want visitors to see for themselves that Palau is the top spot for diving.
To expand our business and enhance our services, we moved our operation into the 5-star Palau Royal Resort in the Malakal area in 2005.
We have received several awards from tourism agencies and dive magazines, including the Best Diving Service Award. And in 2017, we celebrated our 30th consecutive year in business with no serious accidents.
We are located at the 5-star Palau Royal Resort. The boat pier is right in front of our shop.
Facilities include a spacious logging area and clean, convenient spaces for rinsing equipment or taking a hot shower.

Our five boats, which vary in length from 25 feet to 37 feet, are all designed for divers. For safety, each boat has a reliable, powerful twin engine, VHF marine radio, first aid kit, and medical oxygen equipment. All our boats have a toilet.
In consideration for the environment, we use SUZUKI four-stroke engines.
All of our boats are available for charter. Please ask us about rates.
